“Jericholics anonymous” - Incite Magazine - March 2000
In this interview with Y2J, Chris Jericho talked to Incite about where he came from, wrestling video games, and all the basic wacky wrestling stories (strangest place, craziest backstage story, etc…). My favorite though is whenever Jericho talks about first seeing himself in a video game:

“Do you enjoy playing the wrestling video games?
I love playing video games; unfortunately with my schedule, I don’t get to play as much as I like. When the first game I was in came out, WCW Nitro, I went out and bought a Playstation just to play as myself in the game, but I couldn’t figure out how to do anything. I think I got beat by Chris Benoit in three seconds. The screen said something like ‘Benoit Destroys Jericho!’ and I was like, wow, now there’s something new because at that time, getting destroyed was about all that was happening to my character.”

2000 Jericho was the best Jericho. The short-hair’d imposter you see on television nowadays is nothing but a big fat phony.
