Cactus Jack vs. Big Van Vader on WCW Worldwide: May 1, 1994
The series of matches between Cactus Jack and Vader was super stiff (Foley even lost part of his ear in Germany). But the fanny-pack wearing fans at Disney/MGM likely didn’t get treated to the best brutality from these two.

This photo had me completely confused until I realized that the original shot had been reversed, and that this moment occurs right before Mick Foley ducksand knocks Vader out of the ring.
Cactus Jack and Vader always had rough, stiff matches that were legendary, but you can tell that the audience weren’t too aware of what kind of magic they were actually watching. During this time, WCW Worldwide was taped at Disney/MGM Studios which meant that the people in the audience were nothing but tourists were given free passes and souvenirs for cheering on demand.
Eventually, the show would move to Orlando where the same set-up would occur at the Universal Studios Florida instead of Disney. Instead of getting first-class matches like Vader vs Cactus Jack, I do remember watching Goldberg beat Glacier or Jerry Flynn around sixty something times.
